'Grinding'
Is working a spinner bait deep and right through the weeds rather than over the top of them.  The Pearson's Ginders, like many other spinner baits are versatile and can be used in many applications, but these, unlike others, are specifically designed to GRIND through the weeds. Features such as the length of the arms, unique head design, body material and every other component were carefully designed, selected and assembled with that purpose in mind.
Try this approach. Fire a short cast and allow the Grinder to flutter down into the weeds. Aim your reel at the lure, and reel at a moderate, steady pace, plowing through the weeds as you go. Most of the time, the Grinder will slither and slide through the weeds by itself. If you get stopped, pause momentarily, give a slight pull straight back, then continue to retrieve. Avoid snapping or jerking your rod tip as that will often know the bait sideways causing it to foul out with weeds. The idea isn't to rip through but to fish through the weeds
'Gliding' is a tremendous way to trigger fish.
